• Lead the technical execution of high voltage substation projects.
• Partner with project managers to ensure project success.
• Assign tasks and mentor staff to foster professional growth.
• Ensure quality deliverables and support proposal development.
• Engage with clients to maintain and enhance relationships.
• Support risk mitigation strategies.
• Manage and lead multiple projects and teams across various locations.

• High voltage substation design experience.
• PE license is mandatory.
• 7-15 years of technical design experience in high voltage substation projects.
• Familiarity with IEEE and ANSI standards.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Micro Station and AutoCAD.
• Ability to lead teams and mentor staff.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Civil/Structural Engineering if strong on the physical side.
• Experience with physical or P&C project types.
• Strong leadership and multitasking abilities.
• Commitment to an employee-owned culture.

The role can be based out of the downtown Denver office or the Englewood/DTC office. You will work within collaborative, multi-location project teams, with the possibility of some travel (approximately 5%). Initially, more time will be spent in the office, transitioning to a flexible schedule of three days in the office and two days remote. This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Denver, CO.

The pay range for this position is $62.46 - $90.87/hr.

This is a hybrid position in Denver,CO.
