Mechanical Design Engineer EIT (Hybrid). Salary: $80,000 - $115,000 per year.

We are seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer with 3‑5+ years of experience in HVAC systems design for commercial, institutional, and mission‑critical facilities. Knowledge of national codes, standards, and regulations is essential.

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (or higher)
• 3–5 years of experience in the MEP industry
• EIT certification required; PE license is a plus (or actively pursuing licensure)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Experience coordinating across multiple disciplines

• Revit experience
• Interest in community‑centered design

• Contribute to the mechanical design process for new construction and renovation projects, including mission‑critical facilities
• Assist with conceptual designs, equipment selection, construction drawings, specifications, and energy modeling
• Collaborate with other disciplines to ensure code compliance, coordination, and constructability
• Support construction administration tasks, including RFIs, submittal reviews, and site visits
• Help track project quality, schedule, and budget requirements
• Engage with clients to understand design needs and contribute to solution development
• Continue building technical and project management skills while working closely with senior engineers
