Welcome to the next level.
We don't just engineer buildings-we shape skylines, strengthen communities, and mentor the next generation of talent. And now, we're looking for a Structural Senior Project Engineer to help lead the charge on impactful projects across the country.
Why You'll Love It Here

True Leadership: You'll drive design and execution, manage project teams, and mentor younger engineers who want to learn from you.
Work-Life Realness: Flexible scheduling, hybrid options, and an environment that respects your time and talent.
National Footprint: Projects across the U.S., grounded in the spirit of Colorado.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead structural design on commercial, institutional, and multi-family projects nationwide.
- Mentor junior engineers and BIM staff, elevating the team's technical quality and professional growth.
- Oversee project management: timelines, budgets, design phases, and seamless client communication.
- Deliver innovative solutions across a spectrum of materials and structural systems.
- Review and refine design & production standards, ensuring best-in-class documentation and deliverables.
