Pro Sidian seeks a Junior Engineer (TA / Instrumentation Demos / Logistics) for a contract position supporting the Department of the Interior (DOI) Dam Operator Safety Training:
Fundamentals, Inspection, Monitoring & Field Practicum. The role will focus on trainee material development, logistics support, and field facilitation across the Western United States and Denver, Colorado.

• Assist in the preparation of training materials, data visualization, and field setup. Support senior engineers in technical writing, data analysis, and presentation.
• Provide logistical support during classroom and field sessions. Draft slides and figures; manage version control; support A/V setup; assist instructors during labs/field; compile rosters and evaluations; maintain equipment kits; support JHA distribution/collection.

  The role is located in the Western United States Region, at or near Denver, Colorado. Initially identified Work Site Address (Subject to Change or Working Remotely): PO Box 25007 Denver, CO .

• BS in Engineering or related; EIT preferred.
• 0–5 years in civil/water resources or related; internship or co‑op on dams desirable; familiarity with federal training logistics.
• Must possess an active Secret clearance with eligibility for Interim TS/SCI or a full TS/SCI clearance in DISS.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools, exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, outstanding time management and prioritization abilities, adaptability to changing project requirements, ability to multi‑task and pay close attention to detail, and strong communication skills, both oral and written.

• Travel‑ready; supports two+ deliveries per year across regions.
