Dynamic Controls Inc., a growing systems integration and energy solutions provider, is seeking a talented Controls Design Engineer to support BAS projects throughout the Denver metro area. The role includes 1–2 remote days per week and is ideal for junior to mid-level engineers (Schneider Rep candidates are not eligible).

• Title: Controls Design Engineer
• Location: Denver, CO (Hybrid – 1–2 remote days weekly)
• Status: Full-Time

• Previous experience as a Controls Design Engineer or similar engineering role
• Solid understanding of Building Automation Systems (BAS)
• Experience using AutoCAD or Microsoft Visio
• Strong ability to develop Sequences of Operation and system layout documents
• Comfortable conducting on-site walkthroughs and coordinating with field personnel
• Capable of preparing detailed automation submittals and design documentation

• Design and develop BAS system schematics, sequences, and control layouts
• Produce control drawings and blueprints using AutoCAD or MS Visio
• Work with engineering teams and project managers to deliver complete design packages
• Perform site visits for evaluation, verification, and design coordination
• Assist senior engineers with integration tasks and ongoing project requirements
