At Blue Origin, we envision millions of people living and working in space for the benefit of Earth. We’re working to develop reusable, safe, and low-cost space vehicles and systems within a culture of safety, collaboration, and inclusion. Join our team of problem solvers as we add new chapters to the history of spaceflight! This role supports the development and operations of New Glenn, a single-configuration, heavy-lift orbital launch vehicle capable of routinely carrying people and payloads to low-Earth orbit, geostationary transfer orbit, cislunar, and beyond.

Its first stage is fully reusable, and the vehicle was designed from the beginning to be human-capable.

As part of a small, passionate team, you will work on regulatory compliance efforts for New Glenn, its payloads, and its launch facilities. This critical role supports regulatory compliance efforts on the New Glenn program focused on US Space Force (USSF) real property agreements and related approvals;
Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Office of Commercial Space Transportation vehicle operator licenses and modifications; and environmental review documents prepared pursuant to the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA). You will provide leadership in ensuring the regulatory compliance efforts are coordinated effectively to enable the New Glenn launch vehicle program schedule.

To be successful in this role, you will develop and maintain positive relationships across the New Glenn program and our US government partners at the USSF, FAA, United States Coast Guard, National Aeronautics and Space Administration, and other international government partners. You must be proactive in developing the strategy associated with sophisticated products across many technical subject areas while also developing, delivering, and communicating results in support of government requests.

You will support developing, reviewing, and managing products to support facility construction/modification and vehicle operations. Lastly, you must have the resourcefulness and flexibility to perform at a high-level in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and be an incredible team member!

We are looking for someone to apply their technical expertise, leadership skills, and high standard of quality to positively impact safe human spaceflight. Passion for our mission and dedication to building a future where millions of people are living and working in space is required!
