• Salary range: $70,000 – $85,000 (depends on experience)

• Clear path to Electrical Estimator within 12–18 months

• Review electrical drawings, specifications, and proposal documents.
• Perform quantity takeoffs for materials and basic labor.
• Assist in preparing electrical cost estimates and client proposals.
• Gather, evaluate, and organize vendor and supplier pricing.
• Enter and maintain data in estimating software and Excel.
• Maintain organized proposal files, takeoffs, and pricing records.
• Support senior estimators during proposal reviews and go/no-go strategy discussions.
• Learn company estimating standards, pricing logic, and project selection criteria.

• Ability to read basic construction drawings
• Strong math skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
• Professional written communication skills

• Electrical field experience
• Exposure to estimating software (Accubid or similar)
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems and the NEC
• Coursework or degree in electrical, construction management, or related field

• Primarily in-office (Denver-area)
• Occasional flexibility in work hours
• Periodic job site exposure for learning and context
• Deadline-driven but collaborative and supportive team environment

• Structured mentorship from experienced estimators
• Clear path to Electrical Estimator and Senior Estimator roles
• Exposure to project management and field operations
• Eligibility for re-leveling and compensation review after 12–18 months, based on demonstrated ability to independently complete takeoffs, support proposals with minimal review, and consistently meet company standards.
