Building Services Customer Success Engineer | Denver
Transform how buildings perform — in real time.
Most commercial buildings are still run using slow reports and disconnected systems.
At CIM, we’re changing that.
We’re reinventing how buildings operate. Instead of laggy, report-based fault detection, our platform gives owners, operators, and engineering partners real-time visibility into every system, every vendor, every day — helping them act faster, optimise continuously, and lift portfolio performance.
We’re looking for a Customer Success Engineer (2–5 years, HVAC / BMS background) to join our US team in Denver, supporting our growing network of engineering partners and their clients across North America.
This isn’t a traditional account management role.
It’s a hands‑on engineering role where you’ll work directly with advanced building analytics, high‑quality operational data, and leading engineering firms to improve performance outcomes across complex portfolios.
Day to day, you’ll diagnose complex issues across HVAC, BMS, and building operations using our PEAK platform. You’ll work alongside our engineering partners and their site teams to ensure issues don’t just get detected — they get actioned and resolved.
By operating at the intersection of data, partners, and building performance, you’ll help ensure our engineering partners can deliver exceptional outcomes to their clients — and shape how our platform evolves in the US market.
If you enjoy getting under the hood of building systems…
If you like working with technical partners to drive measurable performance improvements…
If you want exposure to complex commercial portfolios, sustainability technology, and a high‑growth SaaS environment…
…you’ll thrive here.
👉 Apply now and help transform how buildings perform.
