Entegee Engineering is actively seeking a Civil Design Engineer for a direct hire, full time position in Denver, CO. This role will be responsible for producing site civil design plans. hydrologic analyses, permitting documentation for multi-family development projects. Ideal candidates will have their Engineer-in-Training certification or the ability to obtain it within 1 year of employment.

This is an onsite position; remote candidates will not be considered.

Responsibilities
  • Design and produce construction plans, technical calculations, reports, and permitting documentation for multi-family development projects
  • Develop site civil plans including:
  • Tree management and landscaping plans
  • Site grading plans
  • Earthwork quantity calculations
  • Erosion and sedimentation control plans
  • Utility plans including water and sanitary sewer design
  • Perform hydrologic and hydraulic analyses using Hydraflow or equivalent tools
  • Coordinate design inputs and plan development with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to drafting standards, calculation methods, and deliverable quality
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • 3+ years of civil engineering design experience
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D
  • Proficiency with Hydraflow (or equivalent hydrology/hydraulics software)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Proficiency with Bluebeam for plan review and markups
  • Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification or ability to obtain within 1 year of employment
Preferred Skills
  • Experience preparing permit submittal packages for land development projects
  • Experience with site grading, drainage, and utility design for multi-family developments
  • Experience producing technical reports, calculations, and construction plan sets
