SAFETY COORDINATOR
This position is responsible for working with the Field Support Managers helping to implement safety programs, monitor them for effectiveness and check for compliance throughout the network thus providing unity, not only in the safety programs but the technical training programs as well.
The Safety Coordinator supports Field Support Managers by helping implement and monitor safety and technical training programs across the network. This role ensures program integrity, promotes compliance, and assists with safety training and equipment oversight. It's a great opportunity for someone early in their safety career to gain hands-on experience, contribute to team-wide impact, and grow within a structured and supportive environment.
This role is based in Dacono CO.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
* Assist Field Support Managers with implementing safety and technical training programs
* Monitor safety programs for effectiveness and ensure compliance across the organization
* Communicate updates and changes to safety policies and procedures
* Help organize and set up safety training sessions
* Suggest improvements to safety training methods and implementation
* Maintain the integrity and consistency of safety programs across locations
* Monitor equipment usage and maintenance to support safe operations
* Collaborate with team members to meet daily safety and training goals
* Perform additional duties as assigned to support safety and operational needs
* All other duties assigned
KEY
QUALIFICATIONS:
* High school Diploma or equivalent
* 1+ years safety experience or military equivalent
* Valid Driver's License
* Knowledge of DOT regulations
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Willing to travel
* The physical activity required for this role includes:
* Occasional travel as needed for site visits and business operations
* Occasional site visits in a range of weather conditions, including hot and cold weather
* Walking on uneven and variable terrain
* Sitting, standing, walking for extended periods
* Frequently standing, walking, stooping, reaching, climbing, bending and reaching
* Manual dexterity
* Occasionally lifting objects weighing up to 50 pounds
* Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
