Water​/Wastewater Project Manager

Job Description

Water/Wastewater Project Manager, Denver, CO – responsible for planning, design, and construction oversight of water and wastewater infrastructure, conveyance, and treatment projects. Join Dewberry’s Colorado business unit to support our water practice and collaborate with the best in the industry.

• Work with business unit leadership and professional staff to execute projects and grow the regional public and industrial sector water business.
• Collaborate in a team environment with project engineers, support staff, and subcontractors.
• Direct and manage engineers and/or technicians on projects.
• Prepare bid documents, reports, calculations, and project deliverables; review designs; serve as project manager responsible for schedule, financial, and quality delivery.
• Lead projects, leveraging expertise and capabilities.
• Develop statements of qualifications, detailed proposals and contracts; implement project execution plans.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering (required).
• Colorado Professional Engineer (PE) License required or ability to obtain.
• Master’s Degree in Engineering preferred.
• Minimum 8+ years of evaluation, design, and construction oversight of water and wastewater projects.
• Proven track record of responsiveness and quality work.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

Projected salary range: $125,000 - $142,000 annually. Salary may vary based on experience and market conditions.
