True Anomaly is seeking a technician to build our next generation Spacecraft and support factory setup and operations.

As a technician you will work on all aspects of the spacecraft build, factory setup, and operations.
Responsibilities- Assemble and test spacecraft harnesses per engineering drawings and direction.
- Assist with the setup and execution of Thermal Vacuum chambers and vibration facilities.
- Ensure processes and cleanroom protocols are followed by all personnel.
- Own the product build from parts to full assemblies lange.
- Execute anomaly dispositions from engineering.
- Technical degree or certification in a relevant field.
- 2+ years of professional experience in spacecraft or space products assembly.
- Demonstrated excellence in assembly and integration.
- Proficiency in reading drawings, process sheets, and instructions.
- Experience with ESD, FOD, and cleanroom operations.
- Experience with spacecraft harness fabrication, rework, and installation.
- Passion for the space industry.
- Ability to dtype work in a multidisciplinary team.
- Ability to work autonomously with little input on requirements or management oversight.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with torquing and staking.
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and work in a cleanroom environment.
- This position is non‑exempt and eligible for overtime.

Actual level and base salary will be determined on a case‑by‑case basis and may vary based on knowledge, skills, education, location, and experience.
Additional Requirements- Work location:
on‑site at Gravity Works office in Denver. - Work environment: temperature, noise level, indoors or outdoors, and other factors affecting working conditions.
- Physical demands: bending, sitting, lifting, and driving.
To conform to U.S. Government space technology export regulations, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), you must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.
