GSE Technician; I or II

True Anomaly is seeking a technician to build our next generation Spacecraft and support factory setup and operations.

As a technician you will work on all aspects of the spacecraft build, factory setup, and operations.

• Assemble and test spacecraft harnesses per engineering drawings and direction.
• Assist with the setup and execution of Thermal Vacuum chambers and vibration facilities.
• Ensure processes and cleanroom protocols are followed by all personnel.
• Own the product build from parts to full assemblies lange.
• Execute anomaly dispositions from engineering.

• Technical degree or certification in a relevant field.
• 2+ years of professional experience in spacecraft or space products assembly.
• Demonstrated excellence in assembly and integration.
• Proficiency in reading drawings, process sheets, and instructions.
• Experience with ESD, FOD, and cleanroom operations.
• Experience with spacecraft harness fabrication, rework, and installation.
• Passion for the space industry.
• Ability to dtype work in a multidisciplinary team.
• Ability to work autonomously with little input on requirements or management oversight.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with torquing and staking.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs and work in a cleanroom environment.

• This position is non‑exempt and eligible for overtime.

Actual level and base salary will be determined on a case‑by‑case basis and may vary based on knowledge, skills, education, location, and experience.

• Work location:
  
  on‑site at Gravity Works office in Denver.
• Work environment: temperature, noise level, indoors or outdoors, and other factors affecting working conditions.
• Physical demands: bending, sitting, lifting, and driving.
