• Lead the development and execution of an integrated product roadmap, balancing hardware and software development timelines. You’ll drive the product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring that all teams are aligned and working toward common goals.
• Shape the long‑term product vision and strategy to maintain the company’s leadership in the industry. Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and translate them into actionable product goals and milestones.

You are an experienced product leader with a strong technical background, particularly in hardware and complex systems. With over 15 years of experience in product management, you are comfortable leading cross‑functional teams and executing product strategies  thrive in high‑growth, fast‑paced environments and are passionate about transforming cutting‑edge technology into impactful, customer‑focused products ইতি.

• 15+ years of experience in product management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven success in launching and scaling complex hardware/software products.
• Strong technical background, ideally with a degree in Engineering, Physics, or a related technical field.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire teams and influence key stakeholders.

• Experience in advanced computing, scientific instrumentation, or semiconductor industries.
• Familiarity with cryogenics, vacuum systems, or RF/microwave engineering.
• An advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in a relevant technical or scientific field.
• Previous experience in a venture‑backed startup.
