Mechanical Engineer

We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer to support the design of packaging and material handling equipment. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Solid Works and experienced in detailing large‑scale mechanical systems. A minimum GPA of 3.5 is required for consideration.

• Assist in the design and development of mechanical systems and components.
• Perform basic engineering calculations and analysis.
• Develop 2D drafting and 3D design for large systems.
• Draft and design shop drawings and fabrication drawings.
• Redline documents and ensure accuracy in technical documentation.
• Test prototypes and troubleshoot mechanical design issues.
• Validate components and assemblies to ensure they meet specifications.
• Prepare technical documentation, including bills of materials and data sheets.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure project success.
• Travel as needed for job surveys and site visits.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• GPA of 3.5 or higher
• Proficiency in Solid Works
• Experience with 2D drafting and 3D mechanical design
• Prior experience detailing large systems is preferred
• Familiarity with shop drawings and fabrication drawings
• Experience creating and managing Bills of Materials (BOMs)

Starts at $25‑28/hr for the first 6 months

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Denver, CO.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 – $28.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
