Job Description

As an Engineering Manager, you will lead a team of skilled engineers in designing and implementing cutting‑edge warehouse and materials handling equipment, with a focus on conveyors, sortation systems, and packaging systems.

• Lead and manage a team of engineers, providing direction and support in the design and implementation of warehouse and materials handling equipment.

• Ensure the successful execution of projects by balancing technical excellence with business objectives.

• Oversee the mechanical and controls engineering teams, ensuring effective collaboration and project management.

• Maintain positive working relationships with team members, encouraging teamwork and effective communication.

• Travel to vendor and customer sites for system startup and support, approximately 20% of the time.

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, controls engineering, or related field.

• 8+ years of progressive engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership/management role.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams), Solid Works, AutoCAD, and PDM/PLM tools.

• Strong understanding of modern design and technologies.

• Excellent problem‑solving, time management, and communication skills.

• Valid driver’s license or eligibility to receive one.

• Experience in the pharmacy industry.

• Proven ability to maintain positive working relationships and effective teamwork.

• Initiative‑taking attitude with the ability to work independently.

This is a Permanent position based out of Denver, CO.

The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $145000.00/yr.
