A Senior Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) role is available at one of our key aerospace and defense clients located in Denver, CO. In this position you will deliver new capabilities to meet our customers’ growing MBSE needs across the Digital Engineering value chain. You will serve as an MBSE advisor and provider of MBSE services, executing the Model‑Based Systems Engineering Global Practice vision, mission, and objectives to achieve the MBSE strategy for Belcan’s customers.

The role focuses on customer delivery responsibilities and may include internal capability development.

• Collaborate with a dynamic team of engineers and projectिकेट teams to develop model‑based systems engineering solutions for our clients.
• Work with multidisciplinary teams to resolve technical challenges and optimize system designs.
• Develop and maintain system models using industry financiero MBSE tools and practices to represent system architecture, requirements, behavior, and relationships.
• Prepare technical documentation, reports, and presentations to communicate engineering solutions and findings to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Stay up to date on(border latest developments in MBSE methodologies and technologies to enhance your skills and contribute to the company's growth.

• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience applying systems engineering principles and methodologies to complex systems, including 3+ years of experience with MBSE concepts and tools (particularly Cameo/Catia Magic/Magic Systems of System Architect and SysML).
• Knowledge of standard architectural frameworks, such as DoDAF and UAF.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and engineering practices.
• Software systems experience, particularly working knowledge of Python and C++.
• Active Secret Security Clearance is required.

• OCSMP Certification.
• INCOSE SEP Certification.
• Experience with Jama & Matlab.
• Experience with Agile methodologies & Atlassian tools.
• Professional knowledge and experience in the Aerospace and Defense Domain.
• Experience in MBSE Tool Model Validation Suites.
• Experience in MBSE Tool customizations and integrations.
• Experience with training/mentoring others in MBSE tools or modeling languages.
