Environmental Engineer (Entry Level)

DescriptionAdvance your career in water & wastewater engineering with CDM Smith. As an entry‑level Environmental Engineer, you will support the design and implementation of water and wastewater treatment facilities, sewer systems, pipelines, and 切 associated infrastructure. You will work under direct supervision to ensure designs meet client specifications and comply with federal, state and local regulatory standards.
Responsibilities- Support the design and implementation of water and wastewater treatment facilities, sewer systems, pipelines, and associated infrastructure.
- Conduct site assessments and adjust design parameters as needed.
- Carry out water‑quality analyses and modeling.
- Prepare technical reports, documentation, and collaborate on presentations for client meetings and industry conferences.
- Assist in creating documents and presentations using ArcGIS, HEC‑RAS, SWMM, CADD, Excel, and other software.
- Participate in fieldwork supporting construction‑management activities to gain a comprehensive project‑lifecycle experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental or Chemical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Recent graduate (0 years experience). Domestic and/or international travel may be required.
- Equivalent directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Basic knowledge of computer‑assisted design and drafting (CADD) 3D and 4D software and practices.
- Basic knowledge of engineering principles of design.
- Knowledge of Microsoft business छोटे software (Excel, Word, etc.).
- Good verbal and written communication ability.
10% domestic and/or international travel.

Pay RangeUS $59,426 – $98,051 (based on geographic location and experience).
