Job Title:
Project Architect
We are seeking an experienced Project Architect/Project Manager with over 10 years of professional experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in organizing project sets, coordinating with consultants, and assisting with drawings in Revit. This role requires managing a project from conception through construction documentation, including site visits and client meetings. Experience with commercial ground-up projects and K12 projects, particularly in leadership roles within the last 5 years, is essential.
Candidates should either be licensed or close to obtaining licensure.
- Design and manage projects from conception through construction documentation.
- Coordinate with consultants and assist with Revit drawings.
- Visit project sites and attend client meetings.
- Handle commercial ground-up and K12 projects, focusing on technical aspects.
- Lead and manage the technical portions of K12 projects.
- Minimum 10+ years of experience as an Architect/Designer.
- Architecture License or nearing licensure.
- Experience in K12 projects, including leadership roles.
- Strong knowledge of design processes, construction documentation, and administration.
- Familiarity with residential/commercial construction, zoning, and building codes.
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Sketchup.
Skills & Qualifications
- NAAB Accredited Architecture Degree (B.Arch or M.Arch).
- Hand drawing skills, Lumion, and BIM experience are beneficial.
- Collaborative and professional work ethic.
- Excellent verbal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Denver, CO.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $38.00 - $46.00/hr.
