Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with Structural focus
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive engineering experience
- Proven leadership capabilities and project management skills.
- Prior experience managing projects in advanced industries such as aerospace, pharmaceuticals, or manufacturing.
- Proficient in Revit and adept at adhering to project schedules and budgets.
- Strong collaborative experience with Architectural, MEP, and Civil systems.
- PE license in Colorado, or ability to obtain within three months.
