We’re looking for a Project Manager (Architect/Engineer) to lead design and construction projects for the Postal Service’s Facilities Repair & Alterations organization
. If you’re an engineering or architectural professional who thrives on bringing order, structure, and technical know-how to high-impact facility projects, this is your chance to shape the future of a mission-critical organization.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead small design and construction projects (minor construction, facility repairs, HVAC/electrical system upgrades).
  • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and USPS teams to deliver projects on time and on budget
    .
  • Provide expert technical guidance, feasibility studies, and cost analyses to resolve project challenges.
  • Draft RFPs, review bids, and manage contractors from kickoff through final acceptance.
  • Conduct inspections and oversee progress to ensure compliance with USPS standards.
What We’re Looking For
  • Degree in Architecture, Engineering (Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical), or Construction Management (ABET‑accredited for engineering).
  • – years’ experience in commercial facility maintenance or construction project management.
  • Skilled in project scheduling, contractor oversight, and technical documentation.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite.
  • Flexible and willing to travel. Must be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
