This role will own strategic partnerships with natural gas utilities, pipeline operators, local gas distribution and energy providers to negotiate firm transportation agreements, gas supply contracts, capacity reservations; structure commercial solutions for pipeline extensions and interconnections; and develop and execute hedging strategies to manage commodity price risk.

This role will collaborate closely with internal development, engineering, sustainability, construction teams, and hyperscale customers and serve as the internal expert on regional gas availability and pipeline constraints to inform site selection and investment strategy.

The ideal candidate brings deep experience in gas infrastructure development for large industrial or mission-critical loads, a strong understanding of commercial and regulatory frameworks, and ability to structure innovative commercial frameworks and partnerships to accelerate infrastructure delivery.
