- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or related fields.
- 3+ years of experience in drafting and prosecuting U.S. and international patent applications in mechanical, electrical, and software-related technologies.
- Eligibility to practice before the USPTO.
- Strong academic credentials, writing ability, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Collaborate with top innovators in drafting and prosecuting patent applications.
- Contribute to patent litigation and client counseling.
