Civil Project Engineer

What You’ll Do:

• Support site development projects from concept through construction
• Perform grading, drainage, utility layout, and roadway design
• Prepare construction documents, plan sets, and reports
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, clients, and municipalities
• Apply design standards and assist in permitting processes

Requirements:

• B.S. in Civil Engineering or related field
• 4–6 years of experience in civil/site land development
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• PE preferred

What We Offer:

We are targeting a base salary of $85,000 to $110,000, determined by factors including education, experience, and a history of working in the Denver metro area.

Our Hiring Process:

• Hearing from our recruiting team within 48 hours
• A phone interview (approx. 30 minutes)
• A meet and greet with one of our Founders, Sean O’Hara (approx.
  15 minutes)
• An on-site interview and office tour (approx. 60 minutes)
