Global Product Line Manager, Data Center Couplings role at Gates Corporation. Located in our office in Englewood or downtown Denver.

Responsibilities- Report to the Director of Global Product Line Management for Couplings and Hydraulic Metals.
- Collaborate with sales, sales ops/analytics, and customers to capture VOC and incorporate it into product planning, launches, and commercialization; support sales to drive the pipeline and close opportunities.
- Work with engineering to manage the thermal management coupling portfolio and product roadmap across the entire product lifecycle from launch through commercialization.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the data center market for the product line, including tracking industry indices, market trends, and competitive activity; participate in industry organizations and consolidate VOC.
- Translate customer needs and market trends into actionable product strategy; develop roadmaps and curate product requirements for new product development and business cases.
- Be the product champion for Thermal Management Couplings, promoting the product within the data center market and partnering with Gates’ commercial team to engage with key end-customers.
- Ensure feature, quality, and cost objectives are met; keep schedules; prepare market launch materials; document product specs, strategy, plans, and training needs.
- Support commercial teams with top-line accountability for the product line, including coordinating organizational support for major customer orders and addressing supply chain challenges to meet financial and operating metrics.
- Coordinate Regional Product Line Manager engagement for promotion, pipeline development, and supply chain alignment across Gates regions for the TMC portfolio.
- Support preparation of quotations, bids, and negotiation documentation for the Thermal Management Coupling portfolio.
- Provide insight into manufacturing capabilities and capacity needed to support market growth and product mix forecasts.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Business, or Marketing from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 5 years in marketing, outside field sales, application engineering and/or product engineering or business development.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for sales data analysis and trend visualization.
- Strong Microsoft PowerPoint skills for executive-ready presentations.
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time, including international travel.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience designing, specifying, or managing products for Data Centers and/or Quick Disconnect Couplings is not required but highly preferred.
- Willingness to work in the office with great teammates.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.

- Salary Range: $130,000 - $155,000
- Bonus Eligible
