Ideal candidate would be passionate about serving our clients on a variety of site development projects including commercial and institutional land/site development. Experience with project types outside of our current portfolio is a plus. Additional characteristics of the ideal candidate include:

• Management of land/site development projects, including technical design, quality control, and project management
• Business development activities and assignments concentrated in a specific target area
• Project client interface
• Financial management of projects
• Working with the team to set goals to meet business objectives

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (MS a plus)
• PE in Colorado
• 8+ years relevant experience
• Experience managing civil/site development projects in the Denver Metro area
• Sound technical design background
• Excellent communication, verbal and written, and organizational skills
• Thorough knowledge and understanding of local and U.S. design codes and standards
• Related local experience preferred

The actual offered salary will be dependent on the candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities, geographic location, industry experience and internal equity.
