RDK-B Dev Test Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of projects related to SDK

• Hands on experience in RDK Dev Testing

• WiFi, DOCSIS, and RDK Middleware, ensuring alignment with company objectives.

• Oversee the development of IoT Gateways and Customer Premise Equipments, focusing on innovation and efficiency.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones and objectives.

• Provide technical guidance and support to teams working on Cable Modems and related technologies.

• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to address any deviations from the plan.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals.

• Manage project budgets and resources, ensuring optimal utilization and cost-effectiveness.

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and risk assessments.

• Facilitate communication and collaboration among project teams, ensuring transparency and accountability.

• Evaluate project outcomes and provide insights for continuous improvement and future projects.

• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all project activities.

• Drive innovation by staying updated with the latest technological advancements in telecommunications.

• Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the project teams.
Qualifications

• Possess a strong background in SDK

• WiFi,DOCSIS, RDK-B and RDK-V Middleware, with proven experience in managing related projects.

• Demonstrate expertise in IoT Gateways and Customer Premise Equipments, showcasing the ability to drive technological advancements.

• Exhibit proficiency in Cable Modems technologies, with a focus on DOCSIS and RDK standards.

• Have excellent project management skills, with a track record of successful project delivery in a hybrid work model.

• Show strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to make informed decisions.

• Display effective communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating collaboration across teams.

• Hold a relevant degree in engineering or a related field, with certifications in project management being advantageous.
