• Travel to various customer locations to pick up parts and provide on‑site service.
• Visit business offices and private residences to repair, troubleshoot, and break‑fix computers, desktops, laptops, and printers.
• Use own vehicle for travel, covering a radius of 50‑70 miles from the pickup location.
• Work extensively on Dell products (prior experience is a plus).
• Maintain professional conduct, communication, and attire.
• Willingness to work overtime and drive up to 300 miles per week.

• A+ certification (training or expired status accepted)
• Dell or other manufacturer certifications are a plus
• Strong experience working on laptops and desktops
• Experience with break/fix support

• Background check and driving record review required upon offer.
• Complete Dell certification training (online, free) as part of onboarding.
• Contract agreement terms to be signed.
• Bi‑weekly pay based on approved hours.
• Mileage reimbursement available.
• Prepare backup vehicle in case of breakdown.

• Standard pay rate with good mileage reimbursement.
• Looking for committed technicians who can be an asset to the company.
• 48‑hour feedback on each application.
• Provide preferred contact time when submitting profile.
