• Lead interactive safety training sessions (full‑time) (Courses such as: OSHA, Confined Space, Fall Protection, CPR, Material Handling Equipment and more) tailored to diverse industries and audiences. General industry and/or construction experience is a must for success
• Conduct on‑site audits and hazard assessments with a keen eye for compliance and practical solutions
• Provide expert consulting to help clients meet and exceed safety standards. Collaborate with teams to ensure training is accessible, inclusive, and culturally responsive
• Support Spanish‑language instruction and bilingual content to enhance understanding and retention

• Fluency in both Spanish and English (written and verbal)
• Understanding and experience using Adulting learning procedures
• Current safety certifications and experience
• OSHA #500 and/or #501 preferred — or willingness to obtain
• CPR/First Aid/AED preferred — or willingness to obtain
• Fall Protection — or willingness to obtain
• Forklift Train‑the‑Trainer — or willingness to obtain
• Confined Space — or willingness to obtain
• Silica — or willingness to obtain
• Trench and Excavation — or willingness to obtain
• Scaffold preferred — or willingness to obtain
• HAZWOPER — or willingness to obtain
• EM385 — or willingness to obtain
• Strong facilitation and communication skills, with a knack for making complex topics approachable
• 2 plus years’ experience in safety training and/or consulting
• A proactive mindset and genuine passion for workplace safety
• Creativity and ability to build slide decks and other training materials in Office Suite
• One must be capable of providing hands‑on training in all subject matter

• Competitive pay based on your certifications and experience $58,000–$88,000/salary (exempt) based on experience and credentials

• One must live in the Denver area or be willing to commute and work from Colorado Blvd. and I70; we do not offer a relocation package at this time
