Required Qualifications- 7+ years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or change communications
- Experience supporting enterprise system implementations or digital transformation initiatives
- Strong writing, storytelling, and executive communication skills
- Ability to translate complex operational or technical information into clear messaging
- Experience in transportation, logistics, or operationally complex industries
- Familiarity with Workday or similar HR/Finance platforms
- Experience supporting HSEQ or safety program communications
- Experience working in multi-location or multi-brand organizations
- Lead internal communications strategy supporting enterprise transformation initiatives, including Workday, Blink, and Donesafe implementations
- Develop structured change communication plans and messaging roadmaps
- Translate complex operational and technology changes into clear, accessible messaging for employees
- Create communication materials including executive announcements, FAQs, toolkits, adoption guides, and leadership talking points
- Support launch and adoption communications for new systems and platforms
- Ensure communication strategies effectively reach both frontline and corporate employees
- Track and analyze engagement metrics, adoption rates, and employee feedback
- Provide leadership with insights on communication effectiveness and change readiness
- Partner with HR, IT/Digital, Safety, Operations, and leadership teams to align messaging across the organization
