Job Summary
Part-time Resident Assistant at STRIVE Academy.
Essential Functions
Oversee, supervise, and conduct activities to support students with disabilities in the living environment, and assist with job coaching.
Residential Assistance will have students check in and out when they leave the apartment setting, as well as evening room checks.
Residential Assistance will also manage social activities for our students.
Required Qualifications
DMACC student.
Experience working with students with disabilities.
Patient and skilled at listening and caring for others.
Organized and makes responsible professional decisions.
Ability to problem solve and look after the safety of others.
Desired Qualifications
DMACC student studying social work or education.
Work Schedule
Afternoon and evenings, Monday through Friday.
