This is a short‑term, benefits‑eligible, full‑time one‑year‑only teaching opportunity for academic year 25/26 beginning August 2025. Provides simulation and skill lab instruction to nursing students. Responsible for supporting simulation at Southern/Dobson with training, simulation development and evaluation. Responsible for equipment evaluation, training and purchasing process. Demonstrates commitment to student success. Uses effective interpersonal, leadership and organization skills while instructing in an integrated curriculum designed using the Nurse of the Future Competencies.

• Facilitates and instructs nursing students in classroom, lab and simulation settings
• Develops simulations including objectives, set‑up, progression and debriefing in collaboration with faculty
• Facilitates active learning in the classroom, simulation and lab environment
• Evaluates knowledge of best practices in simulation, provides constructive feedback and opportunities for learning to all faculty at both campuses
