Job DescriptionProvides administrative support to the team, including ordering and maintaining office supplies, processing mail, and screening and directing incoming phone calls. Performs data entry, including creating and assigning computer based module curriculums, courses, classes, and pulling reports as needed. Creates, tracks, and records attendance for classes related to onboarding and all education provided within the Nursing Education Department. Processes and records all continuing education requests for campus programs.
Furnishes team member education records to leadership and State and Federal agencies upon request. Schedules classrooms as needed by the Education Department and communicates events within all facility classrooms. Oversees the Professional Excellence Program at the campus level and collaborates with Workforce Development (WFD) to ensure communication on progression. Supports General Orientation to ensure success for onboarding weeks and facilitates General Orientation as needed.
Assists with the school affiliation process and assigns clinical placements for current affiliated schools' students and faculty in collaboration with the Education Team and unit leadership. Collaborates with HR to set up student and faculty acts as the administrator for student and faculty placement requirements. Participates in site visits with partnered schools to support professional development and collaborates with school partners onsite to create engagement.
