Job Summary

Responsible for supporting the implementation, sustainability, and fidelity of restorative practices across the District. Operating within a feeder-pattern model, ensure consistent support, strong relationships, and alignment of restorative practices across assigned schools. This role is critical for embedding restorative practices into daily systems, discipline processes, and overall school culture to improve student outcomes.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The subsequent duties outline the fundamental operations of the position and exemplify the nature of the tasks carried out.   • Provide implementation support to schools to ensure restorative practices are embedded into daily systems, discipline processes, and school culture. (Daily – 30%)
  • Deliver job-embedded coaching for administrators, teachers, and support staff, including modeling restorative strategies, observing practice, and offering actionable feedback. (Daily – 30%)
  • Support vertical alignment across feeder schools to promote consistent language, expectations, and restorative responses as students transition between grade levels. (Daily – 5%)
  • Lead capacity-building efforts by facilitating professional learning, developing site-based restorative leaders, and supporting train-the-trainer models to ensure long-term sustainability. (Weekly – 20%)
  • Collaborate with school leadership teams to analyze data, identify needs, and adjust restorative practices to improve student outcomes. (Monthly – 10%)
  • Perform other duties as assigned or requested. (Daily – 5%)
Reporting Relationships

This job has no direct supervisory responsibilities.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Criminal background check and fingerprinting required.
  • Bachelor's degree in education, education administration, counseling, psychology, social work, or similar fields, or an equivalent amount of related experience.
  • Three (3) years of professional work experience.
  • Experience with data analysis to identify needs, inform decisions, and evaluate the effectiveness of restorative practices on student outcomes.
  • Demonstrated expertise and extensive experience in the successful implementation and fidelity of restorative practices in an educational setting.
  • Proven experience in providing job-embedded coaching and professional development to a diverse group of staff (administrators, teachers, and support personnel).
  • Colorado Department of Education (CDE) Teacher, Special Services Provider (SSP), or Administrative/Principal license.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of and proficiency in applying Adult Learning Theory (andragogy) to the design, facilitation, and evaluation of professional learning experiences.
  • Intermediate knowledge of the principles and practices of the Positive Behavior Intervention Support Initiative.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Culturally Responsive Education and Inclusive Excellence/Equity practices.
  • Intermediate knowledge of trauma-informed practices.
  • Strong collaborative and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with school leadership and staff for vertical alignment.

  • Advanced verbal and written communication skills.
  • Advanced problem‑solving skills.
  • Advanced interpersonal relations and teamwork skills.
