You've excelled at the highest levels of a ruthlessly competitive domain. Perhaps elite sports, a distinguished degree from a top university, a role at a highly selective organization, or a business you launched and grew yourself. You understand the gap between participation and genuine performance. Picture channeling that drive into a classroom of K-12 students who've never encountered someone with your credentials, someone willing to hold them to standards they never imagined reaching.
Alpha leverages AI-driven 1:1 instruction, enabling students to complete core academics in roughly two hours daily. The remainder of the day is dedicated to life skills, passion projects, and meaningful development. At Alpha's most rigorous campuses, students require more than oversight. They need a credible mentor whose personal accomplishments embody excellence: someone capable of reading student dynamics, establishing expectations, and guiding them through resistance, distraction, and uncertainty.
Your role is not instruction— it's coaching, challenging, and maintaining the same exacting standards you've applied to your own performance. You'll dedicate 80% of your time to direct 1-on-1 and small-group coaching alongside life-skills workshops. The remaining 20% involves setting each day's expectations: purposeful morning sessions that cultivate a culture where mediocrity has no place.
The trajectory here emphasizes mastery over management. You begin by internalizing Alpha's methodology and earning student trust. Within months, you become the person students allow to push them beyond their perceived limits. The payoff isn't organizational advancement. It's witnessing a student who avoided eye contact in September deliver a confident presentation to adults in May.
If you're seeking to make your elite achievements matter beyond personal accolades, apply now. If you require rigid curriculum structure, conventional classroom dynamics, or a pathway to administrative titles, this isn't the right fit.
What You Will Be Doing- Conducting 1-on-1 and small-group coaching that identifies individual obstacles, establishes ambitious targets, and ensures students follow through on commitments
- Facilitating structured life-skills workshops designed for mastery rather than engagement, drawing on authentic stories from your own high-achievement background
- Evaluating student mastery using platforms like Test2
Pass and monitoring progress through Coachbot analytics to refine coaching approaches dynamically - Establishing the campus cultural standard each morning with focused kickoffs that communicate and reinforce high-performance expectations
- Cultivating trusted mentorship with students and families through consistent high standards and documented motivation strategies
- Creating lesson plans, developing curriculum, or evaluating assignments. Alpha's academic framework operates independently.
- Delivering lectures to large classes of 30 students. Your focus is intensive coaching with individuals and small groups, not mass instruction.
- Supervising other personnel or pursuing administrative advancement. This position centers on direct student influence, not organizational structure.
- Attending traditional faculty meetings or dealing with institutional bureaucracy. Your schedule remains concentrated on student interaction.
- Compromising standards to achieve targets. If a student reaches 99%, your task is identifying what prevented 100%.
