• Building meaningful relationships with K-8 students as a trusted mentor, fostering confidence and cultivating a limitless mindset.
• Leveraging AI and adaptive learning platforms to tailor educational pathways—students move forward at their own speed while you facilitate discovery.
• Creating and facilitating life‑skills workshops covering topics such as public speaking, goal‑setting, and collaboration to equip students for long‑term success.

• Teaching core subjects.

• Bachelor’s degree in any subject.
• Strong public speaking skills, with a demonstrated ability to engage and energize audiences.
• A desire to connect, inspire, and motivate K-8th grade students.
• 3 years’ experience coaching or mentoring children.
• Legal right to work in the US without visa sponsorship.

This is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is 50 USD/hour, which equates to 100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
