• Building authentic relationships with K‑8 students through mentorship, establishing trust and cultivating a mindset without limits
• Leveraging AI‑powered adaptive platforms to customize educational trajectories—students move at their own speed while you facilitate exploration
• Creating and facilitating life‑skills workshops (including public speaking, goal‑setting, and collaboration) that equip students for sustained success
• Cultivating an environment centered on curiosity, ambition, and development—supporting students as they uncover their talents and passions

• Delivering instruction in core academic subjects

• Bachelor's degree in any field
• Proven public speaking ability, with clear evidence of engaging and energizing groups
• Genuine interest in connecting with, inspiring, and motivating students in grades K‑8
• 3 years of experience coaching or mentoring children
• Authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship
• Availability to work on‑site at one of our campus locations:

• Capacity to participate in a paid training program held at our Austin, TX campus

This is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
