• Connecting with K‑8 students as a mentor, building trust and inspiring a limitless mindset
• Using AI and adaptive learning tools to personalize education paths—students progress at their own pace while you guide discovery
• Designing and leading life‑skills workshops (public speaking, goal‑setting, collaboration) that prepare students for lifelong success
• Fostering a culture of curiosity, ambition, and growth—helping students identify their strengths and interests

• Teaching core subjects

• Bachelor’s degree in any subject
• Strong public speaking skills with a demonstrated ability to engage and energize audiences
• A desire to connect, inspire, and motivate K‑8th grade students
• Three years’ experience coaching or mentoring children
• Legal right to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
• Willingness to work in‑person at one of our campuses
• Able to attend a paid training program at our Austin, TX campus

This is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position. The role is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record.
