You will combine exceptional coaching ability with dynamic, engaging delivery—converting workshops, data-focused motivational sessions, and precise feedback into powerful developmental experiences. • Coaching and developing Guides to deliver Alpha's workshop experiences at an elite level
• Building comprehensive Guide Playbooks that document facilitation excellence, design of engaging learning experiences, and strategies for overcoming obstacles
• Delivering consistent, practical feedback to Guides that drives stronger student participation and outcomes
• Coaching a small student cohort directly, demonstrating advanced mentoring and motivational techniques

• Creating lesson plans – Guides support student progress via adaptive technology; your work centers on preparing them to be outstanding motivators
• Compromising on excellence – when the success threshold is 100%, you uphold that standard
• Running dull training sessions – your Guide development will be dynamic, energizing, and experiential

Develop Guides and mentor students to ensure every learner in your cohort enjoys school, progresses at 2× typical speed, and builds essential life competencies. No exceptions.

• Currently based in or prepared to relocate for on-site work at an Alpha Campus (Bethesda, MD; Chicago, IL; Palo Alto, CA; Piedmont, CA)
• Hold a Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in education, learning and development, coaching, or a comparable area.
• Proven track record designing and executing innovative educational programs, curricula, or professional training efforts.
• Strong leadership and coaching capabilities with a history of building, leading, and energizing high-performing teams.
• Background working with young people (ages 5-18) in educational or developmental settings.
• Skilled in data analysis and leveraging performance metrics to inform decisions and support ongoing improvement.
• Authorized to work in the United States without restriction

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
