Alpha is transforming the classroom experience. Our students engage with adaptive learning platforms rather than traditional lectures, progressing through material at double the standard pace while developing essential life competencies. You will combine exceptional coaching ability with dynamic, engaging delivery—converting workshops, data-focused motivational sessions, and precise feedback into powerful developmental experiences. If you have a track record of breakthrough results, transforming struggling performers into top achievers, or consistently raising the bar beyond "acceptable," we need you to drive excellence here.
What makes Alpha stand out?- Competitive compensation for high-cost regions – elevated salary structure reflecting metro-area living expenses, exceeding our standard guide compensation
- Robust benefits and leave – full health benefits and ample paid time off
- Relocation support – offered to exceptional candidates
- Development-focused environment – access to coaching, professional training, and defined advancement opportunities
- Coaching and developing Guides to deliver Alpha's workshop experiences at an elite level
- Building comprehensive Guide Playbooks that document facilitation excellence, design of engaging learning experiences, and strategies for overcoming obstacles
- Delivering consistent, practical feedback to Guides that drives stronger student participation and outcomes
- Coaching a small student cohort directly, demonstrating advanced mentoring and motivational techniques
- Creating lesson plans – Guides support student progress via adaptive technology; your work centers on preparing them to be outstanding motivators
- Compromising on excellence – when the success threshold is 100%, you uphold that standard
- Running dull training sessions – your Guide development will be dynamic, energizing, and experiential
