Job Description:

• Performs classroom duties as assigned, including preparing instructional materials, assisting with student instruction, student care and discipline, and keeping the classroom clean and well-organized.
• Plans and evaluates program and student needs with the teacher daily and addresses specific student needs as identified by the teacher.
• Communicates with teachers and administrators about performance and disciplinary issues.
• Complies with program rules and regulations including State of Colorado licensing requirements for Child Care Centers.

• For ECE Para's Only:
  Copy of high school diploma or GED AND must successfully complete ECE 101 within a designated period of time after hire.

• Live and work with a permanent home address in Colorado while working with us.

• Salary Range:
  New hires will be set at $21.787 per hour. The salary range for internal candidates is $21.787 to $26.123 per hour.  for more information on compensation for these roles.
