• Developing curriculum – Guides support student learning via adaptive platforms; your priority is training them to become outstanding motivators

• Conducting uninspiring sessions – you will develop Guides through dynamic, interactive, high-impact training

Develop Guides and mentor students to ensure every learner in your cohort achieves genuine enthusiasm for school, progresses at 2× conventional speed, and acquires essential life competencies. Standards remain non-negotiable.

• Currently residing in or prepared to relocate for in-person work at an Alpha Campus (Bathesda, MD; Chicago, IL; Palo Alto, CA; Piedmont, CA)
• Hold a Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in education, learning and development, coaching, or comparable sectors.
• Proven track record designing and executing innovative educational programs, instructional content, or training systems.
• Robust leadership and coaching capabilities with demonstrated success building, directing, and inspiring high-performance teams.
• Background working with young people (ages 5-18) in educational or developmental settings.
• Competence in data interpretation and leveraging performance indicators to inform decisions and foster continuous enhancement.
• Authorization to work legally in the United States

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record.
