We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Special Education Teacher to join a school-based team! This role supports students with diverse learning needs through individualized instruction, collaboration, and inclusive classroom practices.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Provide small-group and individualized instruction
- Adapt curriculum and instructional strategies to meet student needs
- Collaborate with general education teachers, service providers, and administrators
- Monitor student progress and maintain compliant documentation
- Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education or related field
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
- School-based experience preferred, but not required
