The RMP Promise
Rocky Mountain Prep is a movement of educators, families, scholars, and advocates committed to changing public education in Colorado by democratizing college access for historically marginalized students and families. We operate twelve college-preparatory schools serving students from early childhood through twelfth grade, and we are fundamentally a world-class learning organization that invests deeply in every educator who joins us. Teachers engage in ongoing coaching and professional development, supported by clear expectations, transparent feedback, and opportunities to strengthen their craft and advance along individualized career pathways grounded in our PEAK values.
Rooted in a culture of rigor and love, RMP promises to coach, develop, and champion every team member so they can do their best work and grow as professionals, people, and leaders.
At Rocky Mountain Prep, Early Childhood Special Education (ECSE) is the foundation for equity and inclusion in our youngest learners’ journeys. We believe every child—regardless of ability—deserves access to a high-quality, rigorous, and joyful early learning experience. Our ECSE programs serve children ages 3–5, integrating scholars with differentiated needs into inclusive, play-based, and academically rich classrooms. As the in-house expert, the ECSE teacher plays a pivotal role in strengthening our MTSS systems, designing and implementing individualized instruction, and supporting colleagues and families with love and high expectations.
ECSE at RMP is not just a service—it is a movement to reimagine what’s possible for young children with diverse learning profiles. Grounded in our PEAK values and Concept Essence, ECSE educators partner with general educators, related service providers, and caregivers to ensure that every child is seen, supported, and celebrated.
