** DETAILS
* ** Cheerleading Assistant Coach  
* Season Dates:
Year Round, Starting in May 2025  
* Stipend Amount: $3,220

**** IDEAL QUALIFICATIONS
***** Coaching Experience
* Experience working with diverse age groups and skill levels.
* Knowledge of sports nutrition and injury prevention.
**** THE ROLE

* Foster a positive and inclusive team environment that encourages teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship.
* Design and implement comprehensive training programs tailored to the needs and goals of individual athletes and the team.
* Conduct regular training sessions, focusing on technique, strength, endurance, and skill development.
* Organize and oversee team practices, competitions, and events, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and safety protocols.
* All coaches must be willing and able to be trained and approved to drive our activity buses.
