As an Early Childhood Educator, you will:

• Cultivate a safe, stimulating, and joyful learning space where children feel inspired to explore and grow.
• Advance intellectual and physical development through hands‑on, play‑based activities.
• Foster social‑emotional growth and provide positive guidance with kindness and empathy.
• Build strong, trusting partnerships with families to support each child’s learning journey.
• Work inwell-run, responsive classrooms that adapts to the unique needs of every learner.
• Demonstrate professionalism,
  modeling lifelong learning and a collaborative spirit.

• Qualified Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) in Colorado (PDIS credential 3.0, Levels 2-6)
• Experience teaching in a licensed early childhood center (preferred)
• Passion for early childhood education and a deep understanding of young children's social, emotional, and cognitive needs
• Familiarity with state licensing and health department regulations
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and actively engage with young children
• CPR Certification (preferred)

• Competitive Pay
  : $20.00– $23.00 per hour
• Flexible Full-Time Hours
  : 30 – 39 hours per week
