St. John’s Lutheran School, founded in 1986, is a Christ-centered community committed to nurturing young children in a safe, loving, and academically rich environment. We offer quality education for students ages 18 months through 8th grade, with programs designed to support each stage of a child’s development.
Our Early Learning Center (est. 2001) serves children 18 months to 5 years and holds a Level 4 Colorado Shines Quality Rating. We partner with families to help children Grow in Faith, Excel in Learning, and Thrive in Community.
Our teachers provide hands-on, developmentally appropriate experiences that support the whole child—spiritually, emotionally, socially, and cognitively.

Assistant Teachers / Staff Aides (Early Learning Center)
We are hiring Assistant Teachers/Staff Aides in the Early Learning Center to support the supervision and care of children ages 18 months to 5 years.
- Applicants must be 18+ years of age
- Part-time positions available
- Priority given to candidates available to work afternoons and close the program Monday–Friday
- Also accepting candidates available to work full days 1–3 days/week, with flexibility to work additional hours as needed
- Pay starts at $19.00/hour, with increases based on education and experience
