MSU Denver enrolls over 16,000 students, with nearly 60% being first-generation and over 55% students of color. Located in downtown Denver, we are a designated Hispanic Serving Institution, an INSIGHT into Diversity Higher Education Excellence in Diversity (HEED) Award winner for 10 consecutive years, and the only Seal of Excelencia certified institution in Colorado. - Teach 3 - 9 credit hours of Accounting courses.
- Interact with diverse groups of students, faculty, and staff.
Affiliate faculty duties include, but are not limited to: teaching assigned classes in person or online, preparing course materials, grading, providing timely feedback, addressing student questions, maintaining office hours, and complying with university policies on instruction evaluation and peer observation.
Required QualificationsMaster's degree and 10 years of work experience in the teaching area or classification within one of the four AACSB business faculty categories. For details, see: https://.
Preferred QualificationsA business-related Master’s degree, plus five years of professional experience and relevant professional certification.
Terms of EmploymentPart-time, at-will employment on a per credit hour basis, usually semester-by-semester. No benefits are provided. Teaching is expected to be in person/on campus upon hire, depending on circumstances.
