Overview
Seeking Board-Certified or Eligible Family Medicine/Internal Medicine Physicians for immediate, full-time roles in Colorado Springs, Pueblo, and Canon City, CO.
Responsibilities- Provide compassionate care across post-acute and long-term settings, including skilled nursing and assisted living facilities.
- Manage clinical documentation, participate in care coordination, and meet quality and safety standards.
- Offer Medical Directorship services with potential for additional earnings; travel required between facilities.
- Enjoy a flexible schedule, minimal weekend and holiday call, with no night shifts.
- MD/DO
- Colorado license eligibility
- Strong communication skills
- Reliable transportation
- Experience in post-acute care preferred
