You?ll practice at a single modern medical center supported by a full clinical team?including nurse practitioners, medical assistants, care managers, and scribes?so you can focus on what matters most: your patients, not paperwork.
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive, compassionate primary care to adult and senior patients
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
Develop personalized care plans focused on prevention and wellness
Collaborate with care teams to optimize outcomes and reduce hospitalizations
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR
Partner with clinic leadership to achieve patient care and quality metrics
Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO)
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Active, unrestricted Colorado medical license (or ability to obtain)
Current DEA license
Authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship available)

? Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Board Certification (Or board eligible)
? Active, non-probationary, unrestricted State License
? Active DEA license
? US work authorization
