To support growing surgical volume and ensure continued excellence in patient care, Peak OMS is seeking a Locum Tenens Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon for flexible, ongoing coverage.
Practice Highlights- Three well-established, high-volume locations:
Littleton, Lakewood, and Denver, CO - Office-based surgery with deep sedation/general anesthesia (when appropriate)
- Fully digital workflow: CBCT, 3D imaging, IOS, 3D Printing, and navigated implant placement
- Highly experienced surgical and administrative support teams
- Strong, loyal referral and consistent surgical volume
- Optional: opportunity for limited hospital-based procedures, if desired
- Locum Daily Rate + Production Incentive
- Daily guarantee
- % of Adjusted Production (whichever is greater)
- Flexible scheduling:
- Full-time, part-time, or intermittent coverage
- 1–5 days per week depending on surgeon availability

Responsibilities- Provide diagnosis and present comprehensive surgical treatment plans
- Perform full-scope OMS procedures including dentoalveolar, implants, All‑on‑X, pathology, orthognathic (if desired), and reconstruction (excludes TMJ)
- Deliver exceptional and compassionate patient care
- Collaborate with experienced surgical assistants, anesthesia‑trained teams, and practice leadership
- Maintain compliance with State, Federal, and professional regulatory requirements (OSHA, HIPAA, ADA, DOL, Colorado Dental Board)
- Board‑Certified or Board‑Eligible Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon
- Colorado dental license or eligibility for expedited licensure
- Strong communication skills and ability to adapt quickly to new clinical environments
- Comfortable managing a high‑quality, efficient, office‑based surgical schedule
- Professional, dependable, and committed to excellent patient outcomes
