Cardiothoracic Surgeon PRN – Denver, Colorado

This is a PRN position to help cover gaps in in clinic and call coverage at our Cardiothoracic Surgery program in the Front Range of Colorado. Opportunities for PRN shifts will be at Saint Joseph Hospital.

• $1,580 per 24 hours
• Hourly rate - $442/hour
• Travel and accommodations reimbursed via the Intermountain Travel and Expense policy

• MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine
• ABMS board certified in Cardiothoracic Surgery
• Active, unobstructed Colorado medical license, or the ability to obtain one
• BLS certification and DEA
• Minimum 2 years of practice experience
• Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health’s credentialing process

• Interact with others requiring employee to verbally communicate as well as hear and understand spoken information.
• Operate computers, telephones, office equipment, and manipulate paper requiring the ability to move fingers and hands.
• See and read computer monitors and documents.
• Remain sitting or standing for long periods of time to perform work on a computer, telephone, or other equipment.
